NAME: An Atmosphere Excavated

AUTHOR: John Becker, an American architect.

DESCRIPTION: The architectural concept “An Atmosphere Excavated” was created by John Becker in his final year of study at the Columbia University School of ArchitectureThe project, whose production cost is estimated at 46 millions dollars, in addition to presenting an ultra-futuristic skeletal architecture, uses the technique of “dew pond“ and thus transforms the moisture in the air in water for storage.

LOCATION: This concept was conceived and imagined for a possible construction in Salisbury, England.

AMUSEMENT RATING: 3/5. The torturous frame of this ecological habitat from the future would make a great scene for a sci-fi movie. A 2062 version of the White House.
