NAME: Yayoi Kusama

AUTHOR: Yayoi Kusama, Japanese contemporary artist, mainly recognized for her peas obsession

DESCRIPTION: Two months after the Georges Pompidou Centre, the Tate Modern is now hosting the retrospective of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. A trip  back in time through the six decades of her artistic career. Oversized facilities, sculptures and bright reflections offer a timeless fantasy world.

LOCATION: Tate Modern (Bankside, Londres, SE1 9TG) February, 9th 2012 to June, 5th 2012 (£10)

AMUSEMENT RATING: 4/5. Nothing digital here, but go into another dimension by slipping, for example, in the work Infinity Mirror Room : an explosion of light projections reflected to infinity in mirrors covering an entire closed room. Welcome to the world of Yayoi Kusama, timeless and psychedelic. Don’t miss it.
