NAME: Spirits

DESCRIPTION: In Spirits, your objective is to help a group of lost spirits to find its way out. Strongly inspired by the Lemmings’ gameplay (you remember this band of small sprites who had to go back to their house?), Spirits renews the concept. Each of your spirits has particular skills which you can use to guide the rest of the group: digging tunnels, creating staircases, weakening the falls, so many possible actions can be realized in the game. If you’re good enough, you will finally see a column of spirits entering in a white vortex which will take these characters dressed all in white towards a better world (or another even more difficult level…)

AMUSEMENT RATING: 3/5. The gameplay of Spirits has nothing new. The mechanics is almost the same that in Lemmings. However, the fans should appreciate that a small studio finally dares to re-release a game of this type. The concept was forgotten but it now gets a fresh new start thanks to very beautiful and poetic graphics. The game has even been rewarded several times for it.
